Any false complaint made by a Member shall make such Member liable for termination of his / her membership without any refund of the subscription fee and any Member making/indulging directly or indirectly in making false complaint against any other registered member/potential member then relocateeasily.com shall be entitled to recover all loss, costs, expenses, damages etc which may be incurred by relocateeasily.com due to action taken on the basis of such false information/complaint.
