HSR Layout (Hosur Sarjapur Road Layout) the largest layout of bangalore is located in the eastern part of bangalore.

HSR Layout is a residential layout developed by B.D.A (Bangalore Development Authority) in 1984. But the actual development started only after 2000. HSR Layout is an acronym of Hosur Sarjapur Road Layout as this is spread right in between Hosur Road and Sarjapur Road in South Bangalore adjoining Koramangala and BTM Layout. The area HSR Layout is about 1500 acres.

HSR Layout is divided into 7 Sectors . Among these Sector-1 is the largest and Sector-6 is the smallest Sector.The best thing about HSR Layout is its Broad Roads. And beside broad roads there are a number of Parks.There are also a number of Flats in HSR Layout.
